Owners are most welcome to visit Markfield Cattery during our opening times and inspect the premises before boarding their cat.
We do encourage you to visit to ensure that you consider Markfield Cattery to be suitable for your cats.
Prior arrangement by phone or e-mail would be appreciated and this will ensure the availability of the proprietor. Should you wish to book your cat to stay with us, then any customers are required to pay a non refundable £25 desposit, against your bill, as well as complete our guest information, which is downloadable from our forms page.
Visitors are politely requested not to touch any cat other than their own.
Now that we are established and have become quite popular, where possible we are asking customers to agree a half hour slot with us.
We try to keep the following opening hours, but please call to arrange a visiting time as we are a family home and may have popped to the shops!
9am - 6pm - Monday to Friday
10am - 4pm - Saturday and Sunday
Drop off, pick up times outside of these hours may be possible, but subject to prior arrangement with us.
Relevant booking forms can be downloaded from our forms page and we request that you bring these along with the cat's up to date vaccination card upon your arrival.
A collection and delivery service is available at an extra cost depending on distance.
